Services and Fees
Coaching is goal oriented and takes time to make lasting results, therefore it is important to commit to at least 3 months.
One on one coaching:
PACKAGE 1: Includes free intake session. Phone coaching for 1 hour and email support.
3 month package $399* (Twice Monthly for 6 sessions + FREE intake).
PACKAGE 2: Includes all of the above but at a discounted rate.
6 month package $649* (Twice Monthly for 12 sessions + FREE intake).
PACKAGE 3:
$279
for “laser coaching” (3) 1 ½ hour sessions (only recommended for clients
who
are clear on what they want to accomplish but need help focusing,
setting goals
and/or implementing a plan of action).
PACKAGE 4: Email coaching. This will include a free initial intake session. This is one on one coaching but done via email. You will get assignments and be held accountable the same as phone coaching sessions on a bi-monthly basis.
3 Month Package $249 (6 sessions + FREE intake).
6 Month Package $449 (12 sessions + FREE intake).
After
you have completed your package and wish to extend your coaching, a 3 session
package is available for $169 or you may purchase individual sessions at
the rate of $70 per each additional session (this is for existing
clients only who have previously purchased a package).
The
intake session usually takes appx. 1 ½ hours and is included in the above
packages.
*In person coaching is also available at your location (Bailey or Conifer, CO area) for additional $30 per session.

Study Courses. The 6 week Heal Your Life (based on the philosopy of Louise Hay) Study Course can be facilitated via email, chat or by teleseminar* (teleseminar available if you can form a group of 3 or more). It is recommended that you have the books You Can Heal Your Life and Love Yourself Heal Your Life Workbook. All other materials will be provided. $99 per person for all 6 weeks. *20% Discount off of your tuition for each person you refer to your study group.

Book Club. Please see the Book Club page for more information. The fee per chapter is $12.99 for books on the recommended list. $14.99 for any book of your choosing. You will be required to purchase your copy. Used books are fine. I recommend www.alibris.com for used books.
**You will receive a 20% discount for every person you refer to the book club you are attending. So invite your friends and you could get the class for FREE! Example: Invite 5 friends for a book with 8 chapters ($103.92 per person and your class is FREE!

Coaching Options
Here are some options for you to consider that will give you the benefits of coaching at an affordable price.
This is a great option if you really want one on one coaching but want to work around your own schedule. We will work together on whatever goals you have for your life or career but it will be through email. We will utilize all the same exercises that is used for in-person or telephone coaching. Due to the briefer nature of emails, the cost is reduced.
Workshops and retreats are a wonderful way to get inspired and move toward the changes you want to make in your life. Often, you can meet others in the workshop who are on the same path as you and you can continue supporting one another.
Work at your own pace and have coaching support along the way! I offer a 6 week study course for Heal Your Life as well as email coaching support for any Self-Help Book you are interested in studying.
Coaching groups can be extremely effective and an opportunity to have one-on-one coaching, while on the group call. My groups typically have 3 to 12 people.
If one on one coaching would work best for you and your situation, then choose from one of my coaching packages. In person (in the Bailey, CO or Conifer,CO area only), Phone or Instant Messaging.
My E-course coaching program is the next best thing to having an ongoing one on one coaching session. My program has been developed to support you in your existing situation, help you achieve your desires or goals and is absolutely a wonderful way to really begin making changes and seeing immediate results in your life. All E-courses include ongoing email coaching support.
The greatest thing about this program is that it will last a lifetime. This program will grow and evolve with you, always offering you access to the next level in your life.
